Plan Appraisal - Engineering
The Plan
approval Division of HRS provides plan appraisal in accordance with
the pertinent requirements of HRS Rules and Regulations, International

In compliance
with the IMO International Conventions, HRS undertakes tonnage measurements,
for vessels whether classed with HRS or not, and also performs approval
work according to the requirements of Load Line, SOLAS, and Marpol Conventions.
